Path does not update while using fish

Hi,

I've been using your plugin for a long time, but recently it stopped working with the Fish shell. When I run nix-shell -p anydesk (or any other package), it stays in Fish, but the new anydesk binary isn't added to the PATH. I also tried downgrading to version 1.2.1, but the issue persists.

My NixOS configuration is available here if you'd like to take a look. Could you please help me debug this further?
