[Docs]: Fix typo in aws_cloud9_environment_membership docs for attribute reference user_id #37550

Description

Inside the Attribute Reference section there is a typo on the user_id description where he should be The

- [user_id](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/cloud9_environment_membership#user_id) - he user ID in AWS Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM) of the environment member.
+ [user_id](https://registry.terraform.io/providers/hashicorp/aws/latest/docs/resources/cloud9_environment_membership#user_id) - The user ID in AWS Identity and Access Management (AWS IAM) of the environment member.
