Tests for 20011, 20012 and 20013 modules require python's pycryptoplus package. However, this package is poorly maintained and doesn't work with modern python versions. Only v.0.0.1 version of "pycryptoplus" exists and no one uses it anymore.

I looked into the tests and it turned out "pycryptoplus" was used just to implement AES-XTS and other popular ciphers.
