Is there a way to create a customized annotation for an Infinium Mouse Methylation and then create an grSet? The way I've tried is using the makeGenomicRatioSetFromMatrix() function but it seems to be constrained for pre-processed human arrays (like 450k and EPIC). I'm insisiting on this since I have pipeline built to detect DMRs using DMRcate (using human data), so I would like recycle my existing code.
