Try installing the following libraries:

BiocManager::install("jokergoo/IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2manifest")
library("IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2manifest")

remotes::install_github("jokergoo/IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2anno.20a1.hg38")
library("IlluminaHumanMethylationEPICv2anno.20a1.hg38")
