Allow manualRowResize to support an array of strings

Description

I would like manualRowResize to support adding sizes for rows as an array of strings.
Currently supports boolean and array of numbers.
When we use strings it produces rendering malfunction of the table.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://jsfiddle.net/nwvx1hpj/

Result

• You get 4 rows instead of 10.
• If you click any cell row count is reduced to headers only.

• No errors are logged in the console.
