限制用户只能绑定一个同平台账号 #29

目前 Halo 登录模式只支持用户绑定同一平台的一个账号。如果用户绑定了两个相同平台的账号，解绑时会同时解绑两个账号，无法选择具体解绑哪一个。为避免误解，绑定账号页面需要限制只显示同一平台的 logo。
