建议同一个分类下的链接支持排序 #55

虽然都是同一个分类，但是也想有前后，而不是按照添加时间默认顺序展示，以凸显链友的重要程度，虽然对于SEO没任何影响~

目前仅支持选择分组后拖动排序，因为如果在全部里面拖动可能会影响其他分组下的排序。

还有个问题，就是从全部移动到自定义的分类下面，无法再从自定义的分类下面恢复到“全部”分类下？
