To improve efficiency and collaboration, we need to clean up these pages by grouping related designs, adding clear labels, and creating a more structured layout. This will help the team access the necessary assets quickly and enhance overall productivity during the design and handoff process.

Action Items

• Review Figma pages and identify scattered or disorganized elements
• Add context to the top of the page that includes an overview of the issue
• Group related designs: Consolidate design elements into clearly defined sections
• Label key sections: add labels to important sections (such as current/updated design)
• Archive old designs: Identify outdated designs and archive them into a defined section within the page
