Overview

We need to clean up and organize pages within the figma file to make it easy for all users to understand different parts of the design.

Details

Many pages within our Figma file contain scattered and disorganized design elements, making it challenging to navigate and understand the workspace. To improve efficiency and collaboration, we need to clean up these pages by grouping related designs, adding clear labels, and creating a more structured layout. This will help the team access the necessary assets quickly and enhance overall productivity during the design and handoff process.

Action Items

  • Review Figma pages and identify scattered or disorganized elements
  • Add context to the top of the page that includes an overview of the issue
  • Group related designs: Consolidate design elements into clearly defined sections
  • Label key sections: add labels to important sections (such as current/updated design)
  • Archive old designs: Identify outdated designs and archive them into a defined section within the page
