Launching the snap version of Fedistar (1.7.2) on Ubuntu 23.10 results in the error message:

/snap/fedistar/37/fedistar: error while loading shared libraries: libssl.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

and fails to display.

libssl3:amd64 3.0.10-1ubuntu2.1 is installed at the system level.

If you install Fedistar from .deb file, does it work? or does it say the same error?

The .deb installs and runs without a problem.

The Appimage also runs OK.

Correct. The problem only happens when I use the snap package.
