Integrate LanguageTool, a free and open-source grammar, style, and spell checker, into the toot composition interface.

The LanguageTool server URI should be configurable to enable using on-machine or on-premise installations.

I don't know the tool. Is it popular?
If I use LanguageTool from my machine, do I need to launch it on my local machine? Or is there a public server I can use?

From all public appearances, it's quite popular.

Yes, there are public servers run by the project itself. They are default configured in the browser, mail client and libreoffice plugins.

I'm not for giving user's data away without their consent. Using 3rd parties services must be explained before.
Users should have ability to disable this kind of features.
For example, writing a DM then giving it away to 3rd parties servers, is unfair.
