Consider removing PCRE1 support #140

Doesn't seem to be much reason to continue to support PCRE1 when PCRE2 works fine. Might be a portability reason though.

PCRE1 has been at end-of-life for a while, so I think you're safe. I thought Debian had removed it even (or is about to), but I can't find a citation for it.
