HTML text not appearing in table in docx template. On opening the created file getting unredable content error. #330

Please provide a fully reproducible example with code I can run please.

https://github.com/abhinovpankaj/DocxTemplate_Trial,
created a sample project.
ProjectHeader.docx also needs to be filled with data but for testing, i have not filled it. and filling the other template only.
