Apple TV rejects PIN Please HELP!

Running Homebridge on Raspberry pi, everything looks to be running get. shows the pin etc..

However on my Apple TV the remote shows up only for a split second and then disappears. I have managed to click the remote before it goes away but no matter what pin I enter or how many times I re run homebridge it rejects the pin.

Please help!
