is there a way to get/import context in custom query expectation

i have a query_expectation as custom one and would like to import context with preloaded/existing instead of new...when i import context part of custom query expectation... its coning as new.

my context is defined part of process not as standalone... so need some guidance on how to get existing context in to custom query expectation suite...
