The discussions should be a preferred place to talk about the project and ask questions (which previously were put into the issue tracker), with a hope to get some support from the community.

Btw, this is a "welcome to" placeholder. There is a plan to expand this post in the future, probably after making some maintenance stuff with the categories or templates :-).
