I cannot capture an image on Windows 11 and my Nikon Z6ii using gphoto-2.4.14

gphoto2 2.4.14 gcc, popt(m), exif, no cdk, no aa, jpeg, no readline
libgphoto2 2.4.14 gcc, ltdl, EXIF
libgphoto2_port 0.8.0 gcc, ltdl, USB (libusb1), serial without locking

--auto-detect and --abilities appear to work fine:
C:\Users\bllea\Downloads\gphoto-2.4.14-win32-build2\win32>gphoto2.exe --auto-detect
