The Launcher claims I dont own Minecraft until I restart my PC #1606

I searched the issue tracker for other issues covering my case
This is a Launcher issue. (Usually if you can reproduce it with a fresh instance)

Describe the bug
Trying to Log In with Microsoft causes the launcher to say I dont own the game until I restart my whole PC

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Try to log in with a Microsoft account

Expected behavior
Being able to log in

Operating System:

OS: Windows 10
Launcher Version: v1.1.30

A temporary solution is to log in with the official Minecraft launcher and then log in with the GD launcher.
