[Tried to go to https://notofonts.github.io/reporter.html, but the font was not available in the drop-down of that page, so reporting here]

The "Noto Sans SC" font is missing about 16 characters.

Describe the bug

The font is missing characters in range of U+9FF0 to U+9FFF as defined in https://www.unicode.org/charts/PDF/U4E00.pdf (last page of the PDF - page 566 in the PDF file; or 1116 as printed on the page).

To Reproduce

  • On a Windows 10 PC, install the Noto Sans SC font
  • Open Character Map application
  • Select Noto Sans SC font in the drop down
  • Click on one of the characters, noting its unicode at the bottom left of the window
  • Holding Down Arrow key (in combination with Right/Left Arrow, if needed), scroll till the selected key has unicode of U+9FEF
  • Tap once on Right Arrow key
  • Observed behavior - selected character has unicode of U+F900

Expected behavior

A character with unicode of U+9FF0 is selected.
Additionally, tapping Right Arrow shows U+9FF1, U+9FF2, ..., U+9FFF with each consecutive tap.

Additional context
