Super short description of the upgrade:

Fixed shaping bugs, especially for Sanskrit, and added more digits.

Bugs reported in this repo which this upgrade would fix:

• Sort out language tags
• Change 1037 position for 1070
• Glyph positioning not rendering as expected
• AnontaMon rendering issues
• Cleanup of rare ligature
• Multiple Unicode Variation Sequence definitions
• Dot positions for left shifted (ksw)
• Burmese script marking character placement problem with Harfbuzz / Speedata

Hi @devosb, thank you for that upgrade!
I put it in our 'backlog' milestone, but we will take a look at it and plan it soon for Q1 or Q2 :)
