Repeating Group questionnaire items are not getting validated on submit

Describe the bug
With a questionnaire containing an expanded repeating group item with required fields, the nested fields are not getting validated as invalid and questionnaire proceeds to submit

Expected behavior
The nested repeating group items should be validated and the questionnaire should not proceed to submit
