[Feature Request] Support for displaying models horizontally #69
Comments
Currently I feel like there should be an option that changes the orientation (perhaps even up and left). |
Hi @el-agua, currently we actually prefer it to be top-down as our predominate use case is with rather large models and we expect people to have to scroll up and down w/ the mouse wheel to view the full model which is much more natural w/ a vertical orientation. However we also want to understand your use case, why you want it this way. This will help us more effectively prioritize this feature request. If you can elaborate on that, that will be helpful. |
Some of the models I am visualizing are deeper in number of layers, and less so on the number of nodes at each layer; would allow each layer to appear a little bigger on screen. I am currently modeling control systems, which by convention goes left to right. |
Hi @el-agua, Thank you for sharing your valuable feedback and use case with us. We appreciate your interest in this feature. Currently, our focus is on enhancing the core machine learning capabilities of our platform. However, we're excited about the possibility of expanding our offerings in the future. Once our front-end becomes open source, we welcome any contributions you or any others would like to make in adding this functionality. In the meantime, we'll keep your suggestion in mind as we plan for future enhancements. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to collaborating with the community. |
