One of the things model explorer can be good at is the ability to display how two graphs are different from each other. Currently it's possible to view two graphs side by side. It would be extra helpful if it is possible to associate nodes from two graphs with some kind of unique ids and display a diff view; and/or display a computed graph diff.

Hi @justinchuby, thanks for the suggestion, we are in the process of planning our roadmap for this tool and this data is invaluable, we will see where we can fit this.
