models are pretty slow even on Samsung S23U

The phone I am using is super fast in pretty much everything, I use it for games, it never say no, never lags, top performance. I also have Pixel 6 which is a decent phone in different tasks. Inference time is super high, I want to use that to produce effects based on segmentation and class segmentation, so I need the inference time to be like 3ms tops to be able to do that. The segmentation is super good way better than google selfieSegmentation of the ML-Kit. The latter is horrible tbh in terms of segmentation quality. I am running the confidence mask on android studio. It ran immediately, I did not need to update anything(good job on that). I am accusing the models of being not very well trained, am I am right? If this resource is not intended for such a task, can you let me know where I should go? I really thank you for this awesome
