What needs to be changed on this other than renaming "Spatial" to "Node3D", or is that the only issue?

Names like Spatial (Node3D) and Reference (RefCounted) are some of the problems, but the architecture changed in servers and drivers I think, some core contributor that worked on 4 should take a look.
