canal处理Text类型字段时增量日志和存量日志对应的数据结构不同 #820

对于类型为text的字段，使用canal导出其binlog，对于运行前已经存在的行，text字段对应的格式为string。但对于新插入或新修改的行，text的格式则变为[]uint8
