If we can config lgtm to let some file MUST be reviewed by someone, it's very useful.

well, I'd still wanna be able to assign docker-related stuff to tborger or metalmatze and db-stuff to lunny 😛

We can also just skip that for lgtm and instead of that rely on a pure mention bot like the one from Facebook

So should we make go-gitea/lgtm to be this-like robot or create a repo?

I would like to replace lgtm and the other things we need with a bot like the Kubernetes bot. This also got a plugin architecture

I would move lgtm to a separate org and create a teabot repo after 1.0.0
