This pretty much applies to all hackintosh. Just mentioning this here for full transparency (otherwise, new hackintosh users may assume everything 'works').

This has been vaguely mentioned in relation to eGPU...but it's really about hotplugging of Thunderbolt 3, not specific to eGPU only devices.

Have you managed to fix this? I see that it also happens with a USB 3.1 device on the TB left port
