Package gluster-swift rpm for CentOS/Fedora

gluster-swift is now rebased to Openstack-swift Newton. We need to package the rpms for gluster-swift

Because the OpenStack dependencies are not part of Fedora, gluster-swift will not be accepted in the distribution. For Fedora, the only way to provide packages is to build them in a Fedora COPR. The COPR will need a dependency on the OpenStack repository that is provided by the RDO Project.

I have only found references to packages from the RDO Project for CentOS-7. Providing gluster-swift for users might be very limited. It will be a large effort to get the OpenStack dependencies available for a gluster-swift repository in the CentOS Storage SIG. The gluster-swift repository (for CentOS-7 only?) will also need a dependency on the centos-release-gluster package from the CentOS Extras (package provided by the Storage SIG).
