Feature Request: Pin Channels on top and fix searchbox while scrolling.

Hi all,

I think it would ne nice to have the search box fixed on top while scrolling in the channels. I personally have a lot of channels open and sometimes I need to scroll all the way up to search for a channel on #freenode, for example.

An alternative would be to be able to pin some channels on top such that they're always on top of the list.

you can focus the search box using alt-g

also you can reorder buffers in any way you want using /buffer move or using mouse in weechat
