Some of our app requires non URL based locale setting support.

In CSR, we can simply store lang info to local storage and use Sefirot's Lang composables.

However on SSR, we need special handling for fetching that stored lang info on server side.

Probably we can do this by setting lang info inside cookie? 🤔
