When I click the Button "Login to GitHub", it's wrong

When you click ‘Login to GitHub,’ a dialog should appear displaying the device code for login. Are you seeing this dialog?

And could you try a few more times? As far as I know, the GitHub website can occasionally be unstable when accessed from China.
