I installed Divvun Dev crk keyboards Junr 5th 2022.

The Left delete button ⌫ (and its intended function: to delete text) is present and works nicely on the latin (SRO) keyboard.

On the syllabics keyboard, it is missing. The B row, on which is should have been, contains 9 symbols. Other keyboards, like keybord-mdf (Moksha) also has 9 symbols.

Note that also the CAPS LOCK symbol (resembling ⇪) is also missing. These two things could be connected. On the Plains Cree syllabic keyboard on the Mac, the Shift key gives the superscript letters (used in closed syllables), they are now missing from the syllabic keyboard.

Could you add screen shots of the layouts?

The keyboard disappears when I turn on the screenshot. You will just have to imagine the two keys missing, and the rest of the symbols spread evenly over row B. ... or I could ask a photographer..
