Show the current effective date range on pages/graphs/tables where the data displayed is filtered by the "Assistant"

I appreciate the concept behind the assistant as a central place to set filters like date ranges etc. This makes sense over having controls on each individual page. However I feel that from a user experience perspective it's currently missing a trick.

With the Assistant hidden away in the tool bar there is no persistent reminder on screen as to what date range and other filters are currently selected. Even worse it's not clear for any given page/graph/table whether the data being displayed is filtered based on the Assistant settings or not. The end result is a quite confusing experience.

In terms of how this could be fairly simply addressed, I'd suggest that each page/graph/table which IS influenced by the Assistant should include textual information to indicate this.
