Do .ghlcp format track files exist?

I see this app wants .ghlcp format files when you try to import songs, but I can't hunt any down for the life of me. Do they exist yet, or do they have to be made somehow still? I would imagine this tool could potentially bring back GHTV songs to the base game by importing them, but I'm not able to even locate any of the official GHTV song files. Now I know I can't ask anyone here to share them, but I'm just curious, do they even exist at this point? Is it currently in vain if I keep trying to scour the net for them at this point?

.ghlcp is pretty much exactly the same as zip files just renamed to ghlcp.

It's pretty much used to import custom songs and GHTV songs i guess.
