Running any search within a specific directory opens a file in that directory in Visual Studio

Just experienced something very strange. I'm not sure exactly what version of AG I'm using (Creation date on ag.exe is Wednesday, ‎February ‎26, ‎2020, ‏‎1:00:56 PM), and I'm on windows 10

I found that running any search in one specific directory opens a file named Git.py from that directory in VS. There's no output on the command line from ag until I close the opened VS instance. Is this a known/fixed issue?

If I just run ag without any arguments it prints the options as normal and doesn't open VS
