Trying to convert a model to OpenVINO results in the error in the title. Is my OpenVINO too recent? Installed 2024.6.0 from AUR on Arch Linux.

Edit: Tried to build 2023.3.0, but sadly Arch Linux already ships with python 3.13 which is unsupported.
