[Feature Request] Trigger threshold both ways

As the wiki states : "Threshold minor means that the trigger will run only if this is a minor or patch semver change."

I would like to set another threshold the other way around: Set it to minor and only get triggered if it is minor or major change.

And as far is I see the wiki is also wrong in its descriptions, as a major threshold semms to also result in triggers for prerelease and build changes.
