Configuration UI of watchers shows empty for some items

As can be seen in the screenshot, some of the items show empty:

For watchall that might make sense, as I have not set this env variable - I think it should read whatever is set, even if not explicitly, though. However, for watchatstart it should read false, as I have set it to false. If you need further info, please ask.
