Track (and display in Insights) aggregate metrics for widget interactions

Problem Statement

We've received feedback that for some types of applications, a small number of screens are used, but with updates to the widgets displayed on the screen throughout a user's session.

One way we might better provide actionable metrics about these types of applications, would be if we provided aggregate metrics for interactions with specific widgets, rather than just screens.
