issa is working on design

Some kind of visual explaining that drafts are now in the "Edit form" tab.

Possibly something about offline Entities.

Shown exactly once for each user.

Possibly something about offline Entities.

Now that we're bumping this issue to .1, am I right in thinking that we probably won't mention offline entities anymore? So it'll just be about the "Edit Form" page?
