Paid for Optimus HQ license, not seeing optimized images

I've bought and paid for a license, but I'm still seeing pagespeed insights complain that my images aren't optimized.

I am using AWS, apache on CentOS with PHP 7.0.

Do I need to configure the mod_pagespeed or httpd services on the host machine in order to allow access to these optimized images? or perhaps there is an easier way to debug this?

I am relatively new to AWS/Grav/Optimus and any assistance would be wonderful.
