Sorry it is a news site. But it actually looks decent for a simple explanation of most of the proteins...

This is an example of good work by the NYT. I judge it as I see it, and since they manage to not mention politics and not have a call to action, it probably isn't too bad. (sometimes I see politics in the title and that's an immediate no click)
