There is a background job that running once every day which updates all the packages. As I can see from the sidekiq dashboard the job have last run at Aug 19 http://elm-directory.herokuapp.com/sidekiq
I'm not planning on maintaining this project anymore mainly because it cannot be updated to work with 0.19, also It runs on Heroku with a 2 dynos from my free pool which I'll probably need in the future.
Are there steps that need to be taken for a package to be updated?
In particular, this package: http://elm-directory.herokuapp.com/package/vanwagonet/elm-intl/ - is showing only version 1.0.0, although github elm-intl has version 2.0.0, which has been tagged as well.
