Tags only work when FW is deployed on root

I was trying to use FunnelWeb on http://mydomain.com/blog instead of the root. But tagging posts doesn't work. Looking at Firebug while trying to tag I noticed this: GET http://mydomain.com/tag/test 404 Not Found
So retrieving tags seems to go to the root, even though the website is deployed in a subfolder. It should go to http://mydomain.com/blog/tag/test
