From #442.

Functionless Step Functions treats == and === the same currently, however == has a more complex algorithm called the abstract equality comparison algorithm.

  • Update step functions to correctly support == based on the ECMA spec
  • Add a flag to use the algorithm for === for == has the == algorithm will impact performance of the machine due to type checking.
