Hey,
loving the croissant series, and was hoping to give this dough sheeter a try,
would it be possible for you to include a list of the files required to make the final version?

thanks heaps,

Jared

Salut les amis!

As you might have noticed there seem to be a few parts in the files that aren't used. It can be confusing so I've gone ahead and assembled his machine in 3D. I have yet to build it, but the attached images show how I imagine it would be built.

Here are the list of parts used to build this machine:
2x big-intermediate-gear-and-washer
2x bobin-gear-v1
2x double-end-driving-gear
2x hex-bolt-gear
10x(or however long you want your sheeter to be) rack-1
v3-side-arm
v3-side-arm-mirror
2x v3-side-panel-hollow

In addition to these parts, it looks like he uses 6 ball bearings and 6 washers, the diameter of the inside of the bobin is about 49.5mm, or about 1.95 inches. You'll need a rolling pin or wooden stick that's roughly 1.95 inch in diameter.

Bonne chance! :)

I have noticed that big-intermediate-gear-and-washer and hex-bolt-gear does not Mash. Their modules are different. is that correct? That you MERCY0 for an amazing 3d instruction :)

This is super helpful @mercy0!

Would be good for @frenchguycooking to add these instructions to the readme file.
