Things panel not updated when creating a new thing

When a new thing is created the Things panel is not updated automatically.

Cause: no message is sent on the websocket about this type of events.

Maybe you can actively update things list throught a restapi call after you've created a new element. It is the same approach which has erased freeze bug (update actively things status after freedomotic exit from traybar)

This doesn't work if you create a new thing from a different client instance (e.g. Jfrontend or a mobile). No sync without using the websocket.
