from 7:05pm.  Original code would show "7:5" for both.  New display shows
"7:05" for am, and "19:05" for pm.

Changed to show "Dark Sky" name for forecast.io

Simplified code to track the display of seconds as a value we can use directly.

Added optional display of the "day of year"

Removed Dark Sky weather provider, since it's going away, and you cannot obtain new API keys.
