cp2foss does not work from 4.3.0-rc1

Hi

I have tried some tag versions by using docker image, the cp2foss does not work from v4.3.0-rc1, it works on v4.2.1.

How to reproduce

it always reports "invalid user name"

$ cp2foss --username fossy --password fossy -d 'test' -A test.tar.gz
invalid user name

if write username/password into ~/.fossology.rc, it'll always reports file not exist.

$ cp2foss -d 'test' -A test.tar.gz
Note: it seems that what you want to upload ''test.tar.gz'' does not exist.
